We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if you need to adjust your check-in/check-out time, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. A charge for early check-in/late check-out may apply.

Yes! All our apartments offer free on-street parking. The on-street parking is plentiful and always available. Additionally, there are a few parking spaces on the driveway, however these are not guaranteed as they are on a  first-come, first-served basis shared with the other apartments.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our apartments, to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Each apartment is equipped with modern amenities including:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Washing machine (some apartments have combined washer/dryers)
  • Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.)
  • Central heating
  • Fresh linens and towels
  • Free on-site parking (where available) and free on-street parking

If you need to cancel a booking please email info@elmstays.co.uk. The following terms apply (see Terms & Conditions for full details)::

  • Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • Guests will receive a 50% refund if they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

All of our apartments are within a 10-20 minute drive to Birmingham City Centre. Public transportation options, including bus and taxi services are available nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

Of course! Each apartment has fast Wi-Fi so whether you’re visiting for work or for leisure it should meet your requirements.

Absolutely! Our apartments are located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Moseley with easy access to local grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The building is a 5-10 minute walk from the main Moseley high street. There is an M&S Foodhall and Coop Supermarket both a 10 minute walk away from the building. You’ll find everything you need within walking distance or a short drive away.

Yes! We offer flexible long-term rental options. Please contact us for availability and pricing for stays of 30 days or more.

  • Yes the apartments can cater for families (Particularly our larger apartment Apartment No. 4), offering spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. We strive to ensure a comfortable stay for families with children however please note the apartments are not ‘child-proofed’ i.e. there are no socket covers etc. 
  • There are a limited number of travel cots available upon request (subject to availability) – please notify us in advance of your stay if you require one as we may not be able to provide one at short notice.

Yes, we offer additional cleaning services and linen changes during your stay for a fee of between £45 – £75 depending on apartment size. Simply let your host know, and we will arrange a convenient time for the cleaning.

We typically have a 2-night minimum stay, but we also offer flexibility depending on the time of year. For long-term stays, we can discuss special arrangements.

We kindly ask that you respect the quiet atmosphere of the building and surrounding neighborhood. Hosting events or parties is not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests.

  • We provide basic supplies such as washing up liquid, bin bags, handwash and toilet paper. In addition we provide a tea tray with tea bags, coffee, milk sachets and sugar.
