The space
A spacious, modern first floor apartment with lots of natural light. Located in a beautiful detached Victorian house, set back from the road and surrounded by trees and a private garden. It is a short 5-10 minute walk into the heart of Moseley Village, with fantastic range of independent cafes, bars and restaurants.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is ultra modern inside, but retains many original Victorian features such as coving and stained glass windows. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen/dining/living space. It also features a separate laundry/utility room with washer/dryer.

There are 3 parking spaces on the driveway which are shared with the 4 other apartments in the property on a first come first served basis. There is also ample free street parking directly in front of the property so finding a space is never an issue.
